Hinglish Subtitle Generator: Hindi Speech in English Letters

ClipUtils writes what's said in Hindi as Hinglish subtitles ("aaj hum baat karenge…"), in English letters, the way most Indian creators caption Reels and Shorts. AI hears the speech, times every line and writes it in English letters; then burn them into the video or download an SRT. Free for videos up to 15 minutes, no sign-up, no watermark.

Why Hinglish captions

Most people in India read Hindi on their phones in English letters: WhatsApp, comments, and the captions on Reels and Shorts. Hinglish captions are read faster by that audience than Hindi letters, and they keep words like video, phone and subscribe in English.

Speech recognition writes Hindi in Hindi letters; this page writes it again in English letters, line by line, so the timing stays the same.

How the Hindi subtitles are made

Accurate mode sends only the sound of your video to an AI speech model (Whisper), which writes out what's said in Hindi with each line's timing; nothing is kept. For Hinglish, an AI language model writes those lines in English letters, keeping the English words people use in Hindi (video, phone, subscribe) in English.

The subtitles are drawn into the video on your device, with fonts that show Hindi letters, so the video itself is never uploaded. Long videos can also be transcribed on your device, more slowly.
