Questions
- Do I need an account?
- No. After paying, Pro turns on in your browser by itself. Dodo Payments also emails you a Pro key: paste it under “I already have Pro” to use Pro on another device (up to 3).
- How do I cancel?
- Any time, from “Manage or cancel subscription” in the Pro panel: enter the email you paid with and you'll get a sign-in link to your billing page. If you cancel at the end of the billing period, Pro stays on until then.
- What does it cost?
- $2.99 a month, or the set price for your country: ₹99 in India, €2.99 in the euro area, £2.49 in the UK, R$9.90 in Brazil and more. Taxes included, and the price on this page is the one you pay. Elsewhere, checkout may show $2.99 in your own currency.
- Is my video uploaded?
- No. Captions are drawn and burned in on your device, with or without Pro. Accurate mode sends only the audio to be transcribed, and nothing is kept.
- Can I get a refund?
