AI Dubbing: Your Video, Spoken in Another Language
AI writes out what's said in your video, translates it, and speaks it again in a natural voice in English, Hindi, Portuguese or Spanish, in time with the original and over the video's own background music. Videos up to 2 minutes are dubbed free.
Your video stays on your device. How?
Only the sound is sent to be written out, and only the words to be translated and spoken; none of it is kept. The music is separated and your new video is made on your device.

What people use it for
Creators dub a Reel, Short or YouTube video into Hindi or English to reach viewers who don't speak the original language. Teachers and trainers dub lessons for students in another language. Small businesses turn one product video into versions for Brazil, Spain and Latin America.
Professional dubbing tools charge by the minute and ask for an upload and an account. Here you hear your own video dubbed before you pay anything.
How the dubbing is made
Your browser takes the sound out of the video and sends only that sound to be written out by Whisper, with each line's timing. The lines, and only their text, are translated by an AI language model and then spoken by an AI voice (Kokoro). None of it is kept.
On your device, an AI model separates the original voice from the music; the music stays and the new voice goes on top, each line starting where the original did and spoken a little faster where a language takes longer to say the same thing. The picture is copied as it is, so the video doesn't lose quality.
The video itself never leaves your device. The voice doesn't move its lips: there's no lip-sync, as with most dubbing at this price.
Features
Free up to 2 minutes
Reels, Shorts and clips up to 2 minutes are dubbed whole, free. Longer videos: the first 2 minutes free, the rest with ClipUtils Pro.
Music kept
The original voice is taken out on your device and the background music stays under the new one.
Fix a word after
AI can hear a name or an idiom wrong: change that line and dub again, and only the voice is made again.
Your video stays private
Only the sound and then the text are sent, and neither is kept. The video never leaves your device.
Frequently asked questions
Which languages can it dub into?
English, Hindi, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish, each in a woman's or a man's voice. The video can be in any language the speech recognition knows, which is most of them.
Is it free?
Yes, for videos up to 2 minutes, like most Reels and Shorts: they're dubbed whole, free. For a longer video the first 2 minutes are free; the whole video is part of ClipUtils Pro (7 days or monthly), with up to an hour of video dubbed a week.
Does it keep the speaker's own voice?
No: the new language is spoken by an AI voice you choose. It doesn't copy the speaker's voice, and it doesn't move their lips.
Is my video uploaded?
No. Only the sound is sent to be written out, and only the text to be translated and spoken; none of it is kept. The video is put together on your device.
What happens to the background music?
An AI model on your device separates the voice from the music, so the music stays and only the voice is replaced. Speech over music separates well; singing and sound effects can leave a little behind.
