How the dubbing is made
Your browser takes the sound out of the video and sends only that sound to be written out, with each line's timing. The lines, and only their text, are translated by an AI language model and spoken by an AI voice (Kokoro). None of it is kept.
On your device, an AI model takes the original voice out of the music; the music stays and the new voice goes on top, each line starting where the original did. The picture is copied as it is, so the video doesn't lose quality. There's no lip-sync, as with most dubbing at this price.

Is it free?

Does it copy my own voice?
