The free tools cost nothing. For paid packs, we want you to get what you paid for.
Unused packs
If you haven't used any credit from a pack, you can get a full refund within 7 days of buying it.
Runs that fail
If a premium run fails because of a problem on our side, the credit is returned to your pack. If something keeps failing and we can't fix it, we'll refund the unused part of your pack.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with your order ID or license key and the email you paid with. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our payment provider, to your original payment method; banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
After 7 days, or once credits are used
Used credits and packs older than 7 days aren't refundable, except as required by law or where a run failed because of us, as above.
